🔁 Return & Repair Policy

If you encounter any issues upon receiving your product, please contact our customer service at info@bymistletoe.com within 3 (three) business days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused and in like-new condition. We kindly ask that you check your product upon delivery to ensure everything is in good condition.

If the product arrives damaged or defective, we will repair it free of charge. However, return shipping costs are not covered.


🔄 Exchange Policy

Before placing an order, we highly recommend checking the product size and color to ensure it matches your expectations. If you're unsure based on the website images, please contact us at info@bymistletoe.com before completing your purchase.

We do not accept changes to orders once they have been confirmed. If the error was on our end, please contact us at info@bymistletoe.com with clear photo or video evidence of the issue.

A replacement will be shipped once the original item has been received and inspected.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement from our side.


💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are only accepted in cases of our error.

Refund requests must be made within 3 (three) business days of receiving your order, along with photo or video documentation of the issue.

Eligible refund cases include:

  • Incorrect product description

  • Loose stitching

  • Irreparable damage or defects

  • Permanent stains on the product

Products must be returned unused and in like-new condition. Refunds will be processed within 7 (seven) business days after the product is returned and inspected.

We will refund the full product price and any shipping fees charged to you. However, we do not cover the return shipping cost to our address.
