Items must be:

If your item is eligible, we will:

Shipping cost for the return is borne by the customer

❌ Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect color/size selection, or subjective preference.

If the error was on our part, we’ll gladly fix it or replace the item at no extra charge.
💸 Refunds
Refunds are only offered in cases where:

Once approved, we will refund the full product amount plus original shipping (if any).
Return shipping to us is not refundable.
