🛠️ Returns & Repairs

If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, please contact us within 3 (three) business days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

  • Reported within the stated timeframe

  • Unused and in like-new condition

  • Returned with original packaging (if applicable)

If your item is eligible, we will:

  • Repair the product at no cost

  • Or send a replacement once the item is returned

  • Shipping cost for the return is borne by the customer

  • Shipping cost for the replacement will be covered by us

❌ Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect color/size selection, or subjective preference.
Please ensure that you’ve reviewed all product details and personalization before completing your order.

If the error was on our part, we’ll gladly fix it or replace the item at no extra charge.

💸 Refunds

Refunds are only offered in cases where:

  • The product is defective or damaged due to our mistake

  • The issue cannot be repaired or replaced

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery, with visual proof.
Once approved, we will refund the full product amount plus original shipping (if any).
Return shipping to us is not refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
